An extensive list of Chinese food has been included in the menu for the upcoming Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) meetings. Among the items, simple and convenient traditional snacks will dominate.

为即将到来的亚太经合组织会议准备的菜单中包括大量的中国特色食品，其中，占主导地位的是简单便捷的传统小吃。

本次会议餐饮既融合了不同国家的风味，同时着重体现中国特色和北京文化，既有新加坡香辣米粉（Singapore's laksa）、菲律宾烩鸡（the Philippines's adobe chicke）、俄式烩牛肉（Russia's beef goulash）等五洲风味特色食物，也有方便快捷的传统小吃（traditional snacks）如叫花鸡(jiaohuaji/begger’s chicken)、担担面（dandan noodles）、小笼包(xiaolongbao /steamed meat bun)、年糕(rice cake)、烧卖(shaomai/steamed pork dumpling)、煎饼(jianbing/pancake)、糯米鸡(chicken stuffed with glutinous rice)，还有春饼（spring rolls）、宫廷小窝头（Royal wotou /steamed corn bun）、芸豆卷(yundoujuan /kidney bean roll)、驴打滚(lvdagun/glutinous rice rolls with sweet bean paste)等北京小吃和颇具特色的北京烤鸭(Peking roast duck)，让参会者能够尝到不同风味的美食。

会议期间，餐饮形式涵盖自助餐（buffet）、茶歇（tea break）、桌餐（dinner served at tables）等各个种类。
